We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a flexible cancellation policy that balances your needs with our commitment to sustainable travel and small-scale operations.

Catamaran Camping Tours:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure: No refund.
• Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather conditions that make the trip unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule the tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Glamping in Santa Elena:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before your check-in date: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
• No-Shows: If you do not check in as scheduled, no refund will be provided.
• Early Departures: No refunds for early departures after check-in.

Modifications:

• Changes to Your Booking: We understand that you may need to adjust your plans. We allow one modification to your reservation free of charge, as long as it is requested at least 14 days prior to your arrival or departure date. Subsequent changes may incur an additional fee.
• Transfers to Another Guest: You may transfer your booking to another guest with written notice at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

Please note that Witzob Glamping Adventures is a small, off-grid operation. Last-minute cancellations significantly impact us, as we often cannot refill the spot on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a sustainable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
